For Patients
Current Visitor Guidelines
All non-essential visitors are restricted at Santa Rosa Medical Group. We must take this extra step to protect patients, staff and the community against COVID-19. All patients are being screened for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors and we have a response plan to protect patients and staff should it be needed. When a physician determines a patient meets the risk criteria, they will order testing and manage the patient’s care and ultimate disposition, in coordination with the Department of Health, as necessary.
Allowable Visitor Exceptions:
- One parent/guardian for pediatric/minor patients
- One support person for clinically disabled or impaired requiring assistance.
All individuals entering the clinics must pass a screening test. Any support person who screens positive on any criteria will not be allowed to enter. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must take this necessary step to ensure the safety of patients, staff and the community.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support! Stay safe and wash your hands, thank you!
As a reminder, the Florida Department of Health has established a COVID-19 hotline for patients with questions. They are encouraging individuals who are symptomatic to call 1 (866) 779-6121.
