Dr. Rick Mohammed received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated with honors in the top 5% of his class. Fellowship trained, he has a special interest in bariatric (weight loss) surgery, conditions of the foregut (esophagus, stomach and upper small intestines), colorectal surgery, and advanced abdominal wall reconstruction. Dr. Mohammed is also certified for robot-assisted surgery.
